- Paid plans are not on sale yet. You keep all your records and move to the Free plan, with one production type.
- Other production types, Finance and its reports, the pedigree chart and member invites switch off. What you saved stays and shows again when you upgrade.

Straight answers
Do I need to download an app?
No. RanchPin runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Native iPhone and Android apps are not released yet.
Does it work without a signal?
No. There is no offline mode yet, so RanchPin needs a connection to save records.
Can a hired hand use it without seeing my money?
Yes. Each person gets a role. Restricted and sitter roles don’t see the Finance screens, sitters can log work but not edit records, and a sitter’s access ends on the date you set.
Does withdrawal tracking keep me compliant?
No. It is advisory: it works from the withdrawal periods you enter and warns you before you log or sell during one. It is not a compliance system. Follow the drug label and your vet.
Can I get my data out, or delete it?
Yes. Export herd, finance and production records as CSV or PDF, or download a full backup. You can also delete your farm or your whole account from Settings.
What happens when the trial ends?
You keep all your records and move to the free plan: one farm, unlimited animals, health and withdrawal tracking, one production type, tasks, the Breed Guide, and inventory. Paid plans are not on sale yet.
